SAUNA

Spacious, modern sauna for a large group of people

Use of the sauna is free for all guests staying at our Center during sauna opening hours. Also for clients who do not live in our Сenter it is possible to book the sauna for an additional fee

In winter you can also go fishing while sitting on the lake!

SNOWMOBILING

The official snowmobile routes run through Lossisaari in the ice areas of Nilaka Lake

If necessary, we can rent a snowmobile with all needed equipment by request

SKIING & SNOWBOARDING

The closest slalom slopes can be found at the KASURILA ski center in Siilinjärvi (50 min)

TRAIL SKIING

The tracks for traditional skiing and figure skating start from the sports field at Lepolantie 3. 72600 KEITELE

In winter, depending on the ice situation, the combined tracks also run through the southern part of Lossisaari near the beach and the Kalliohovi villas to Keitele towncenter.

ECO-TRAILS

The 1.7 km nature trail is located along road 77 in the southern and northern parts of Lossisaari.

Barbecue and campfire sites as well as shore fishing sites have been built along the trail. We also have an ECO-trail on the island with AR-stands about the local flora and fauna.

HORSE RIDING

There are many riding centers near our Tourist Center, open all year round.

In riding centers you can ride horses and go for a group riding with the whole family!

ICE SKATING

Ice skating is a healthy and refreshing hobby that will help you improve your fitness!

Every winter, an ice skating rink opens in the center of Keitele. In good weather and in severe frosts, you can also go ice skating on the lake!

BOATS

Take a rowing or motor boat and go fishing in the lake!

If you are staying in our Сenter, you have the right to use a rowing boat for free. Life jackets and other equipment can be borrowed from the reception.

BYCICLES

Explore the beautiful landscapes of Lossisaari on a bike!

There are three bicycles and each comes with a helmet.

FISHING

In summer you can enjoy activities such as shore fishing, trolling, fly fishing, netting, etc.

Our store has also summer and winter fishing equipment for sale

TENNIS

The tennis court is located on the opposite side of the 77 road near the frisbee golf park.

Use of the court is free for clients living in our center. The key to the tennis court can be obtained from the Lossisaari reception.

BEACH

Lossisaari public beach is located in the southern part of our island.

The beach also has a diving tower, wc and separate changing rooms for men and women.

BEACH VOLLEY

Tourist Center has a special sand court next to the beach where you can play volleyball, badminton and other summer sports!

The field is also suitable for playing football. More information and sports equipment can be obtained from reception.

RIDING CENTERS

ECO-TRAILS

A 1.7 km long nature trail was built in 2014 on both sides of 77 road in the southern and northern parts of Lossisaari

Barbecue and campfire sites as well as shore fishing sites have been built along the trail. Along the path, near the sand court, there is an outdoor fitness area with equipment built in the summer of 2017.
