BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS

The reservation made by the client becomes binding after it has been confirmed verbally or in writing by the staff of the Lossisaari Tourist Center. Where possible, Lossisaari Tourist Center will provide written confirmation of agreed services, prices and cancellation conditions.

Reservations are valid until 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed. Late arrivals must be notified to the hotel prior to the arrival date.

Unless otherwise agreed, the room is available to the customer from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 11:00 on the day of departure.

To stay at Lossisaari Tourist Centre, each guest must present a valid ID with photo. Persons who have not been registered at the reception are not allowed into the rooms.

Late room transfer is possible for an additional fee unless otherwise agreed. If the room reservation is made after 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, the client is required to pay an additional fee of 30 euros for the departure of a Lossisaari Tourist Center employee after 7:00 p.m. to hand over the room keys. For additional information, please contact the staff.

Payment for accommodation is made upon arrival or through online booking in case of booking at a standard rate. If the booking is made at a lower price based on non-refundable rate, then the entire booking amount will be charged immediately after booking.

If necessary, the Lossisaari Tourist Center agrees in advance with the client the terms of payment and the terms of prepayment. The booking fee is non-refundable if the client does not comply with the cancellation conditions.

Corporate clients have the opportunity to pay for accommodation and other center services using an invoice. Lossisaari Tourist Center charges an additional invoicing fee of EUR 8.00 per invoice for invoicing costs.

By staying in the Lossisaari Tourist Center, the client undertakes to comply with the rules of the Center. If a client violates these rules, he may be immediately removed from the Visitor Center. If a customer must be removed for the reasons stated above or for other reasons related to customer misconduct, payment will not be refunded.

Any requests for accommodation should be communicated to the Tourist Center staff as soon as possible. The staff of the travel center will try to take into account the wishes of the client. The tourist infrastructure of Lossisaari is available to all clients of our center.

The client has the opportunity to cancel or make changes to the reservation free of charge no later than 2:00 p.m. the day before arrival. Exceptions are reservations with limited cancellation conditions. The restrictions are announced when making the reservation, please read them carefully.

If the client does not show up, the Tourist Center has the right to charge the full fee and cancel the entire reservation. Reservations made at a lower non-refundable rate will be paid in full at the time of booking. The hotel has the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made immediately. Payment is not refunded if the client does not show up.

If you have made a booking through a third party website (e.g. booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia etc.), please contact them directly regarding changes or cancellation procedures related to your booking.
